TERMEXpro: Software tool for project design, configuration and parameterization

This Windows-based software package for graphical project design is easy and intuitive to use. The consistent implementation of standardized procedures, data types, and control functions supports quick and efficient work so system integration will be on time and within budget. Project steps can be easily transferred and used in any other project.

• Standardized data types
  TERMEXpro software uses data types for tags and variables according to EN 61131-3. Data types for specific peripheral devices such as barcode readers are available.
• Import/export of tags, variables and text lists
  Load existing text and file lists in the standardized .csv file format.

  Increases work output due to fast image creation, variable definitions and assignments.

ENT-DC: Power supply unit and interface converter
The safe area mounted ENT-DC is an IS power supply unit and IS interface converter for the intrinsically safe TERMEX operator panels. Versions with one, two, or three IS power outputs are available for powering the optional barcode readers or weighing scale interfaces. It is 24V DC powered and supports RS232, RS485 and TTY interfaces.
The ENT-DC is available in different housing versions for standard DIN-rail mount, for 19" racks and as direct wall mount housing.

TERMEX K36: external keyboard
This intrinsically safe external keyboard connects directly to the TERMEX operator panel. It features 36 keys to which any functions can be assigned. The stainless steel enclosure is rated IP65 for use in harsh industrial environments.

SK-MPI: Siemens S7 MPI bus interface
The safe area mounted SK-MPI interface operates as an interface between ENT-DC and the SIEMENS PLC. It converts the 3964R/RK512 protocol of the TERMEX operator panels to the Siemens MPI bus protocol (PLC: S7-300 and S7-400). It can be commissioned without any settings or configurations at the Siemens S7 PLC. The interface is powered via the S7 MPI port or by a separate 24 VDC supply.

SK-Profibus: Profibus DP interface to Siemens S5 and S7 PLCs
The safe area mounted SK-Profibus interface is used to connect a ENT-DC to a Siemens PLC with Profibus DP interface. It allows you to connect the TERMEX operator panel via RS232 as Profibus DP slaves.
