The model/ keyword search allows you to search any active or obsolete products by the following methods:

• Model No. with wildcards "*" "?"
  (e.g. Kfd?-sr2-*)
• Description with wildcards "*" "?"
  (e.g. Intrins*)

The "*" wildcards is appended automatically at the end of the search term.

The image below displays an example for a search result. The first five results for both active and obsolete products are displayed. After clicking on "Show more results like these" all results for either active or obsolete products are displayed.

The product attribute search allows the selection of specific product properties. In the following screenshot:

• User selected "DeviceNet"
• Disabled (greyed out) properties "SSI", "CANopen" etc. can no longer be selected
• "58 mm" has been selected automatically as a required property of the DeviceNet Interface
• "Solid Shaft" and "Recessed Hollow Shaft" can still be selected

All products with the selected properties are displayed by name and model number with a short description. A click on the product name or model number takes you to the specific product details page.

The Product details page shows:

• Product features
• Detailed technical data
• Datasheets in available languages
• Certificates and approvals
• Technical documents: Instruction manuals, how-to manuals, software/drivers, etc.
• Associated products: Accessories, complementary system components, etc.
